Aura Cards recognises that customers value their privacy therefore our reputation depends on protecting it. Aura Cards guarantees that we wonÕt sell your email address or contact details to any other organisation.
Refunds & Cancellations
Aura Cards stationery is handmade to your individual requirements, therefore we regret that refunds can only be given if the goods are found to be faulty or where your original specifications have not been met. We want you to be delighted with your cards. Therefore in the unlikely event of there being any problems with your order, please ensure we receive any complaint you may have within seven days of receipt of goods, to afford us the opportunity to rectify the problem. In the event of cancellation, any deposit is non-refundable and payment will be required for all work completed so far. Please note we can only exchange faulty goods after they have been received in full. We recommend that you check the condition of the consignment before signing to confirm that you received goods in good order. Missing goods must also be reported within seven days.
Payment
When we receive your Order Form and 50% deposit, work will begin on your order and costs will be incurred. Therefore this
deposit is non-refundable. We will invoice you 3 weeks prior to the agreed delivery date and the remaining balance will then be required
before the order can be dispatched.

Posting & Delivery
Packages are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day by 1pm.

Please provide a suitable delivery address where someone will be available to sign for your order. Parcels can be collected if you prefer. Aura Cards will not be held responsible for damages which occur during the subsequent individual posting of items. (e.g. when you post your invitations to your guests).
Materials and Finish
Aura Cards use only the finest quality materials to embellish and finish our cards. All your wedding stationery is hand made to order. This means that no two cards will be exactly the same and that of course is what makes them special and unique. We cannot guarantee continuity of colours/materials especially if separate orders are placed for the same stationery design.

All designs, text and images within the Aura Cards range and the Aura Cards website are copyright ©2003-2010 by Aura Cards and may not be copied or reproduced, in whole or part, by any means. We will seek to prosecute any attempt at plagiarism. You are responsible for ensuring that any material (such as hymns) you ask us to include in your stationery does not breach any third party copyright and you indemnify us against any action brought against it in the event of any such breach. Any artwork and designs created for you including bespoke designs will remain copyright of Paula Morton.
Proofs
For personalised orders we will produce proof copies of all printed text. These are normally emailed to customer.
(quality will be lost via this method but the layout and spellings can still be approved). Please inform us if you require a paper proof.
Please note that we do not charge for producing proofs unless order is cancelled prior to printing.
The checking of the proofs is the responsibility of the customer. We require written confirmation either by letter or e-mail that the proof is fine or that amendments are required. We will not commence printing until the customer confirms that all is okay and we have the go ahead. Please note that e-mail confirmations are dated and filed.
Any amendments that the customer requires after printing has commenced will result in an additional charge. Any errors on the part of Aura Cards will be rectified at our cost. We may require that any stationery in question be returned to us together with a written note of any faults or damage (postage will be reimbursed to the customer only where the fault lies with Aura Cards).
Stationery may be replaced or rectified as necessary based on an individual basis (see note below).
Additional Conditions
Stationery items will bear the name Aura Cards, contact details and website address on the back ( excluding place cards).
Important Note
These cards are not toys. Due to the use of small embellishments, which can easily be removed, cards should be kept out of the reach of babies and small children.
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
